The artist is inspired by the spatial concepts of Lucio Fontana to rewrite the history of art, through a manipulation of his artistic poetics, suspended between quotationism and desecration.

The cuts are stitched up, in a symbolic way, to shorten the space instead of “opening” it.
Expectations are disregarded, almost as a sign of protest against a way of making and selling art that has little or nothing to do with the originality and essence of art itself.

The canvases are prepared in the manner of Fontana and the cuts, rigorously made by hand by the artist, follow those of the most famous works.
